Manging Student Consulting Teams in Graduate Business Programs

Situation

Many graduate business programs have students undertaking consulting projects for businesses or non-profit organizations. There are a wide range of practices for managing both the teams themselves and the total process. However, there does not seem to be much literature on student consulting team (or field study) courses. In co-creating a field study course for the Harvard Business School, I contacted other programs to identify best practices. I have also initiated a survey to generate additional perspectives and practices.
